Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours but may be longer at busy times. Personalised items will take more time.
Our carriage paid order is £150, excluding VAT, Mainland UK. Carriage will be charged at cost on all orders under £150. We use overnight carriers e.g. DPD, Parcel Force etc for all deliveries with the exception of pallets.
Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a delivery (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). We do ask for your patience if this happens.
Delivery costs for orders being shipped to addresses outside the UK will vary based on the size, weight and region being shipped to.
On no account do we offer a Sale or Return option.
It is a condition of sale that customers provide a current email address and telephone number.
